When we read the Bible we see light mentioned many a times and it’s great to know that light is what takes darkness away.

Light is important for us to have a light in our house provides us with all the light we need to be able to walk to room to room.

Without light however it is hard to see and walk around we become blind and are not sure what we are doing or where we are at.

In the book of John 1 in verses 5 thru 7 we see this.

John 1:5 - And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.

1 John 1:7 - But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.

We must walk in the light friends it is Jesus Christ that brings us the light because he is the light of the world and we too can be a light in dark times when things don’t seem to be going right or even when we lose those we love it sometimes brings darkness but we will always have the light of life there for us to depend on.

Trust in the light and delight in it friends because no darkness can overcome the light!!! Amen
